This is a terrible work environment. Arrogant men (all CEO insiders) take charge on idiotic projects that bleed $$. Most women marginalized unless Ron takes a liking. There’s a lot of ideation that has nothing to do with reality. Health and wellness?? What?? Look at the marketing - what a joke. All the “dogs” talking to each other in an expensive manor? Have any of these campaign people ever been in a Petco? You can barely find the bag of mass commercial dog food you want in the pile in the aisle. Instead of spending money on this inane marketing campaign why not pay your people a liveable wage?

Where to start? Just when the company was furloughing employees last March when the COVID lock-down started, the CEO was busy handing out millions of new stock options and salary raises to his direct reports. It’s lots of manufactured video spots and canned words for the masses but no concrete actions. Millions more for the execs with little crumbs for the rank and file. These people are the antithesis of leaders in my book. Glad to be out of this horror show where you’re set up to be a serf kissing the feet of lords all day long.
