Business Outlook
Pros
The customers (the good ones) and of course, the pets. I enjoyed working my job and ensuring customers got the best service possible. I also enjoyed my first boss, who had their flaws but was overall a sweet, well-meaning individual. Coworkers are fun and groomers are knowledgeable. Super helpful to work here and learn about how to care for your own critters if necessary.
Cons
Communication is a huge issue. Advancing or hiring within doesn't seem to mean anything. Scheduling is a pain and it seems that even when complaints are lodged, nothing is done or heard. If you're a keyholder, prepare to work alone and often at night.
