Cons
- poorly managed - managers who will blatantly lie about the potential you can reach and try to convince you the company is profitable, it’s not -promoting unethical sales practice, selling jobs that pay below market rate by over 20 grand and not caring about candidates, only their pockets - terrible work life/ balance -metrics are weekly, pay is terribly low, and they wonder why nobody stays at the company, people who aren’t good will get fired and people who are good will leave for a 35% raise - Charleston office is not governed properly and the low level Team Lead is not particularly good at his job, he’s also stuck up, arrogant and a kiss up
