Absolutely nothing. Ooh wait, they'll bring in pizza once or twice a month.

Cons

This place breeds toxicity. Assumptions, lies and fake opportunities can be heard everywhere from the top all the way to the bottom. The pay is below average, and the company is on its way under. Managers are blatantly dishonest and make impossible goals. After leaving this horrible place, I felt stress free, and the happiest I've ever been.

Beware of Constant Gossip and Power Plays

The office itself was modern and well-maintained, with a comfortable break room and plenty of natural light.

Cons

The negativity and gossiping were truly soul-crushing. Instead of focusing on the work, colleagues seemed more interested in undermining each other and spreading rumors. This constant backstabbing created a hostile work environment where it felt impossible to trust anyone. It became clear that advancement wasn't based on merit, but on who could manipulate the boss the most.

Worked with amazing people, that was the only thing that kept me there

Cons

Strict on being in the office when they continued to hire remote workers. Had to earn remote days when new hires were given the job fully remote. Pointless meetings were held daily. Turnover rate is extremely high. Promise of making lots of money when very very few people in the company have succeeded. The database of candidates is small. Overall dreaded going in the office daily
