There is a massive disconnect between upper management and associate level employees. The revolving door of sales is very prevalent at this company. High level employees such as directors will be fired then a new person will come in and within no time they will be gone. There is also no realistic plan in gaining new clients for the business. Associates are made to come up with their own plan in getting larger clients so the business can grow, it makes no sense to have that when there are more experienced people in the industry who can come up with a comprehensive plan to gain new clients but instead it falls on the young straight out of college associates to do this.

- Upper Management makes promises they don't keep - Lack of communication or feedback about performance - Onboarding experience was unprofessional and inconsiderate, written employee agreement was not provided until after start date, terms changed. - No sense that the people running the company care about you as an individual - Your input is consistently shut down by upper management, any suggestions are met with an answer of "that's just how we do things here."
