Great owner and senior executive team. Very safety active company and you’re treated as a person and not a number

Cons

A lot of working out of town. Can be hard on family when you’re gone for long periods of time.

None, my entire experience here was extremely negative.

Cons

In place personnel is very easily threatened by experienced help. Not a lot of room for advancement at all. Most employees are stuck up and don't go out of their way to be friendly. Never worked anywhere where coworkers were so rude. It was like being in middle school, many of them didn't get along. Health insurance very high. Who wants to work somewhere with such a negative vibe?
