The pay isnt great, but it is unskilled part time and often seasonal work, so people can't seriously expect to earn a lot. Long hours on your feet almost exclusively outside, in all weather. It's a service industry job that has its share of dissatisfied guests. Some of them feel they have the right to take their dissatisfaction out on employees who are merely doing their job.

HR and the supervisors are not on the same page. HR said one thing in orientation and supervisors said the opposite later on. No breaks. You're supposed to requests them at the beginning of your shift but if the breaker isn't around, there's no way to do that because they don't have a walkie. Training is almost non-existent and done by people that've only been there a month or two longer. I watched a couple of my "trainers" get yelled at in public by other employees because of rules that they hadn't been told about. Nobody agrees on the "right way" to do things. Supervisor wasn't even sure where I should go on my first day. They also expect you to hang out for hours off the clock so that you can experience everything and be tested on it in your review. Most of us don't have time for that. The pay sucks too.
