Warm, collaborative culture where everyone is working towards the same goals and has care and respect for their colleagues. Leadership work hard at maintaining and protecting the culture as the company grows.

* Understanding in taking days off when sick

Cons

* Really poor management - you see the main stakeholders playing their part, where they are friends in real life and they make it seem that everything is jolly, but deep down, there's no platform to really voice what really goes within the teams. * Feedback forms don't lead anywhere. Micromanagement still goes. It's always the same people - leadership - receiving shouts and prizes. * Payment below average. * I don't think the CEO grasps what is going on, the front they put really fools the newcomers.
