Phorest has been a fantastic place to work since day one. As an Onboarding Specialist, I’ve felt incredibly welcomed and supported. From the beginning, I was brought into regular team calls, introduced to colleagues across departments, and provided with a wide range of helpful resources. The company culture is collaborative, inclusive, and genuinely people-focused. One of the things I’ve most appreciated is the ability to self-direct parts of my learning. Shadowing my teammates and exploring the product hands-on at my own pace has been very beneficial. I also really value the level of trust and autonomy we’re given — it’s clear that Phorest hires people who are passionate and capable, and then gives them the space to grow and thrive.
