Management is condescending, regularly going as far as to insult/belittle staff to their face or even behind their backs to fellow team members. No chance to eat while keeping staff for 8, 9, 10+ hours. They only schedule the time you come in, not even an estimate of the time you leave. If someone quits or calls off, they will add days onto your schedule without asking and it becomes your responsibility if you can't come in (for someone else's shift). If you try to call off sick however they will demand a doctors note, and assume you're quitting and lying to them. This causes staff that is handling food to come in sick or risk being fired/taken off the schedule. Ultimately, my problem working here was not with the actual tasks, but with how disrespectfully the staff was treated by management.

The whole experience of working for piada Being fires with. Out prior consultation my check wasn't provided within the 24hrs And the lack of opportunity to move up. And lied to anytime asked for a raise
