The pay and hours were okay

Cons

Training was inconsistent and the managers were petty and unprofessional. I did not understand how some managers were promoted with the way they treated team members and guests.

Great company with awesome opportunities.

Cons

Terminated with no prior consultation. I was terminated without any prior explanation or feedback. I was told I conducted myself in a poor fashion but was never given a reason why. Needless to say it was very concerning and I hope they don't treat everyone the way they treated me.
