Weekly paychecks to pay the bills. If your open to it, opportunities to travel and work at other locations and events.

Cons

This company will demand all your time and energy and give you nothing in return. Low pay for anyone under the Chef Partner/GM position. This company does not care for its employees. Especially hard to succeed and rise up in the company for Females.

-great benefits -free employee meal -fast advancement for males

Cons

-Won’t get far if you’re a woman they’ll just string you along promising a promotion they won’t give. -Predominantly white males lead and decide for the company -You could be perfect and give them all they ask for but make ONE mistake as a female and you’re gone. Males on the other hand won’t ever suffer any repercussions. -They hire managers who harass underage team members and don’t care to do anything about it.

Easy to learn, small team to manage, great food, good benefits. Simple line of progression up the food chain if you choose to follow the path. The company is growing very very fast. Flexible schedule once you've gotten to the right spot in management.

Cons

Small management team and home office, support can sometimes be slow. Typical drawbacks of hospitality - weekends and evenings, long days of work.
