Pros

Employees can purchase chicken at really great prices. Also you could come in and work overtime for as many hours as you want.

Cons

Never knew when you would get off work. Sometimes announced at 5 that you would be there several more hours. HR was a joke! Did not get paid the money you earned.

Some of the best reasons to work at Pilgirm's include the fact that sometimes you can make up to six hundred dollars a week, and another plus is you get paid every week. That is the only good thing about it.

Cons

The cafeteria is small and crowded and at lunch time and breaks it is a constant battle of getting your food to the microwave to warm it up. They have no structure whatsoever. You always come in at the same time but there is no set time that you get off. You could get off at 4 or you could get off at 7. The work is very strenuous unless you are a supervisor or work in the office. I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to work there, although i do understand that we have to do what we must to survive.
