Pinal County, Arizona reviews

Not all employees are treated equal, some can come into work late 88% of the time over a year, other departments comment as they see them getting to work late 3-4 days a week ! Our Director says that person doesn't take a 1/2 hour lunch break as they are allowed to work 4/10's even though they can't make it to work on time, or that they stay late after hours when no one is there. Shouldn't we all have to be accountable? Shouldn't we all be expected to be at our jobs on time every day?

The County is struggling with change. The County to trying to put it's past behind. However, Much of the staff that has remained are responsible for it's shady past. The more progressive leaders want to attract talented and capable employees. Others in leadership and management will minimize your talent and in some cases completely ignore your experience. Cronyism and nepotism are still present, but is waning.
