This department has a long-standing culture of fear based management and bullying. This makes for a toxic work environment which leaves employees on edge as they wait for the next reprimand for, often times, what proves to be exaggerated or untrue allegations. When employees bring their concerns to the attention of upper management, they can be assured of immediate retaliation and being placed in a position where they are targets of harassment and threats of termination.
