Pros

Great colleagues Interesting career path opportunities Lunch program Good work equipment

Cons

-Pay disparity between sales jobs and other departments -Hasn't made adjustments for inflation -Health insurance isn't great -Exec team is out of touch with the lifestyles/values of the vast majority of PB -Not enough appreciation for teams outside of sales. -Not prioritizing keeping essential personnel. In some instances refused to even negotiate. As a result, many departments have faltered and had to play catch up to compensate brain drain. -Lack of diversity

Cons

Bro Culture Very very white I've heard from multiple ex coworkers that they were pressured into coming to and drinking heavily at work events by managers. No/pitiful work from home benefits Low pay for area and sector.

Pros

The culture and the people are the best part. Fun team and company wide events like Mariners game and Kraken Ice time. Supportive of your desire to grow personally and professionally. Good pay within sales and CS. Good benefits overall.

Cons

Outside of sales and CS, compensation is subpar. Some questionable hires in certain departments, promotions just given to individuals without equal opportunity hiring process. Hybrid work model based on seniority, not position. Monthly commuter/parking stipend only covers 1.5 weeks if you drive to work. Net loss having to drive and park at work. Even after our best sales, upgrade, and retention numbers in Q4 and YE 2022, there was no company holiday party or year end bonus. Had them the years prior, but none in 2022 and no explanation was ever given to the employees.
