Pros

There is nothing positive worth mentioning about working here.

Cons

Everyone here is completely exhausted. The workload is overwhelming and the hours are brutal. Leaders impose expectations that are impossible to meet, and the pressure never lets up. Most employees are already burned out and on the edge of quitting, yet many are trapped here.
