Thank you for the review. Therapeutic Support Staff team members are required by the state of Pennsylvania, to obtain a minimum of 20 hours of training per year, including the CPI training, which is only required every two years. We appreciate the feedback.

Pros

Lots of training opportunities, supervision for licensure, ability to make own schedule, work culture/attitude with support staff and coworkers are positive and supportive.

Cons

compensation/pay is minimal and unfair for counselors working long hours doing nonbillable services and only being compensated for billable hours at highest rate of pay. Nonbillable services and training hours are compensated at different rates of pay. Also paperwork is literally in paper form and plentiful so therapists are left spending extra hours to complete it.

Thank you for the feedback. We are committed to providing a fair and supportive environment for all our employees, so we are disappointed to hear about some of your responses. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve, but as you probably know now, we are in the process of implementing an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, and hope to have it go live by the end of 2019. Thanks again.
