      Pros

      You can work fully remote and are given a stipend for a home office.

      Cons

      Started off as a great company with good intentions and went downhill fast. There is a major lack of diversity with an abundance of performative allyship with a large segment of those laid off within product, engineering, sales, and other departments being POC and those who identified as women. Not to mention high expectations while refusing to promote internally. Do not waste your time, those who are remaining are trying to find a way out.

      Decent benefits and decent product. 100% remote

      Cons

      Most leadership is very young and they don't really know whats going on. The company as a whole just doesn't seem to have any direction. Everybody is just running around burned out. No clear direction. Not sure if I will be with the company much longer.

      Pros

      Each department has a set of talented individuals (non-managerial positions) with different backgrounds and overall wonderful personalities. Work from home with a decent office stipend to start.

      Cons

      They promote high performers into management positions yet they don’t understand that not all good employees make good managers.
