It's exciting to hear that you enjoyed the onboarding process - onlookers gear up, because it's currently getting revamped and completely upgraded! We want our employees to have the best experience possible from the very first day. You highlighted our position in the SMS Marketing space and you are absolutely right - we ARE the best. Not only is our product strong and constantly evolving, but as you mentioned, we really care about our customers. Our founders are heavily involved, our teams are proactive, and we have the best CXA's out there. Ongoing improvements will always continue, including with employee initiatives. Our People team is hard at work developing fun events for the company to have fun with, and we are hopeful that in the near future we can bring back regular company-wide retreats.
