Owned by investors and of course they only care about returns, which has resulted in never ending redundancies and backfilling in cheaper countries.

Some great people adding value in the business in some departments If you don't rock the boat you'll do ok Private health package is good

Cons

Its an old school boy network - lip service is the language spoken from the top down If you rock the boat and stand up for what is right then you are penalised The gender salary gap is so wide you can see it from space Hard work and caring is not rewarded Under-performers are not dealt with
