      Pros

      The leadership is smart, transparent, and has a clear vision for the future. It’s exciting to be a part of a company with fresh thinking about data-driven business decisions. The new brand Precisely is awesome and represents the opportunity to dominate the data integrity market. Management cares about employees with frequent all hands meetings and a system to ensure all teams have group meetings and manager 1 on 1s regularly.

      Cons

      The pace is fast! Not somewhere to coast or take it easy. Big focus on development and communication is good but leads to lots of internal meetings on top of your work. Still some growing pains from bringing two companies together but much better than the other integrations I’ve been a part of.
