      Great Culture. Management is approachable and available. A lot of collaboration among teams.

      Too many acquisitions. Internal communications don't always make it down the corporate ladder.

      Pros

      Lots of changes and growth and opportunities for learning and contributing. Those willing to step up and be flexible will find plenty to do and resources to expand skill sets. My manager is concerned and helpful and a constant source of encouragement. My team is spread out over many global locations and we still find time to connect and support each other. Even in this time of pandemic we are finding resourceful ways to get the job done. Being temporarily remote has added challenges but i appreciate the caution that management is demonstrating to keep all employees safe at this time

      Cons

      Lots to do at all times and good organization and prioritization is a must. Sometimes everything cannot be "most important" and choices on areas of focus must be made
