      Pros

      Engaging communications from the CEO and ELT. Open and transparent with a strong focus on their people. Focused on change and transformation including a re-brand with new vision and values. It's a really exciting time to work with an organization of this size that's really connected and engaged globally and eager to develop their teams.

      Cons

      There is a strong focus on growth opportunities which naturally can result in a lot of change. Change can be unsettling for some - others thrive.

      Growing company that is providing lots of opportunities for professional growth. ELT team is very supportive and inclusive. Lots of room for improvement but more than willing to implement best in class processes when presented

      Cons

      Workload is heavy, but expected. Staffing is light, but typical for a smaller company. Procurement/financial reporting process is cumbersome, but getting better

      Pros

      Nothing as of now as it has not been a month from its re-branding from SyncSort to Precisely and a company who has broken trust of employee by firing them in the beginning of its new journey.

      Cons

      They have already fired many employee after acquisition of Pitney Bowes Software and Data Business which they promised earlier that there will be no effect on employee's employment.
