If you are a member of SLT (Senior Leadership Team) your voice can be heard. If you are below, nobody cares what you think. You are an expendable soldier, you will be doing whatever management team tells you today, changes it to something different tomorrow and you will get fired once they squeeze everything out of you. Leadership team spends a lot of time creating useless Power Point presentations and dashboards rather than talking about customer needs and innovation. All decisions small and large are done at the very top. It used to work ok at Syncsort, but very inefficient for a larger company like Precisely.

Where to start. CEO is out of touch and in over his head. Company continues to buy declining technologies and force employees to integrate solutions. Lack of a clear vision and poor planning and communication to the field. Turning into an environment where the average employee is not appreciated and the moral is at an all time low. If you are considering joining this company. Don’t. Dead end job.
