Pros

Salaries are competitive and the quarterly bonus plan is exceptional--when there are good financial/operational results.

Cons

They could care less about their customers. It is all about hitting cost goals. Work/life balance is non-existent. 12+ hour days starting at 6 a.m. were the norm for anyone supporting operations. Weekends were expected.

Upper level management do not see the bigger picture and are too focused on meeting monthly goals.

Fast paced, market leader. This is a great company to learn how to run a business.

Cons

The top management of this division (VP of my group & President of the division) are oblivious to the incomptence and lack of caring for the people of this business by the General Manager.
