Pros
The job market is good, you will be able to find something else once you realize what kind of a mistake you made by joining Predicine.
Cons
Many cons, will try to summarize them. Before I begin, I wanted to confirm what some of the previous reviewers mentioned, a slew of recent good comments were a result of a management directive to raise the poor Glassdoor score (it was 1.8 at the time, which is actually pretty accurate). Everyone was essentially ordered to write a good review and give 4s and 5s. HR even said that they would be able to track who posted and who didn't (yes, it is that kind of a place!). Back to cons: Management: One previous reviewer summarized it well, the management talks a big game, but can't execute the most basic things. There is no strategy, just reactions to something he saw yesterday or the previous week. As a result, directions keep changing constantly, every project is half-finished and employees are highly unmotivated. That combined with atrocious communication, makes Predicine a very challenging place to work. Retention/Culture: Since the beginning of the year, the company has lost ~15 senior executives... At any other place, this would be super alarming, but here is fairly normal. Highly, highly unstable place which makes the culture fairly toxic. Benefits: As with many biotech companies. your package includes base salary, bonus and stock options. Salary is on the low side, but not too bad. However, do not expect to get your full bonus. There will always be some sort of an excuse why you should not receive the bonus and many people get only fractions of what was in their hiring contract. Given how unstable the company is, it is highly unlikely that they will every go public so the stock options are essentially worthless. I could go on for a few hours, it is truly an atrocious place. Take my advice and look elsewhere.
