Current executive management could improve their performance (previous was much better) and management overall is very top heavy. Also exceptionally poor HR department. There were constant complaints from both staff and management about HR. The HR department had high turnover.

Team leads and mid management have no respect for their employees; Human Resources refuses refuses to assist employees when they are asked for assistance. Policies and procedures do not apply to everyone, huge issue with politics and favoritism. If you try and resolve an issue with mid-management, they just tell you how right they are and it is a total waste of time.
