Pros

Good benefits, good salary, good mix of diverse staff.

Cons

Starting from the top, the leadership is awful. The Leadership team is dysfunctional and downright cruel. Toxic environment and a CEO with an egotistical management style.

Great mission! This is why I accepted the position.

Cons

Sink or swim mentality. They did not develop their people. This was with the prior CEO. I cannot speak of their current leadership. It appears most of the toxic people are now gone.

We can’t speak to your specific experience at PL three years ago; however, during our most recent employee engagement survey, we recorded our highest employee engagement score since the inception of the survey 5 years ago. More specifically, our management team specifically received exceptionally high scores. We are and will continue to cultivate an environment of innovation, inclusion, and a sense of community at work.

Pros

no commute and that is about it for pros

Cons

low pay for high caseloads, pressure you to take an assignment then take it away from you, no notice of issues and then suddenly fired, care more about purseholders than clinicians. They don't work with you but kick you to the curb if they have another clinician

Thank you for your review. Our Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) work very hard to understand our Providers' motivations and ensure that Providers are matched with assignments that best suit the needs of the Provider, the school, and the student. Over 90 percent of our CAMs are former Providers that come directly from our network and have firsthand knowledge of the intricacies of assignments. Despite this, we understand that there are times when assignments don't work out.
