Pros

- Mission to improve healthcare - Good collaboration between departments (except for new acquisitions) - Great people (smart, kind, hardworking) supporting the foundation of the company

Cons

- Senior leaders are more focused on acquisitions that impact the bottom line than internal product development - Plenty of money for multimillion dollar acquisitions, but it will take a full year to get a few thousand dollars added to your teams budget - Complete lack of integration strategy for acquisitions (sensing a theme yet?)

Pros

Can honestly say there have not be any over the past year, having nothing to do with COVID

Cons

Oppressive, dictatorial leadership. Insufficient technology to meet the times. Doesn't fulfill promises to employees or clients. Too many at the top doing too little real work and consistently getting promoted for it, while those doing the work toil without recognition or thanks. Only blame when things go south. Company is trying to reinvent as young and vibrant and responsive and yet isn't any of those things. It takes months and even years to make even the simplest decisions and changes, making it impossible to compete with the true innovators. Best people are leaving.

Imploding quickly

Pros

Too many years invested to change but really not any pros left.

Cons

Infrequent salary increases--maybe twice in 8 years. Eliminating operational folks and then wonder why quality is decreasing. Acquisition of Forsta a disaster and has caused financial stress and poor integration. Nepotism in leadership. Always talking about how clients struggle financially but cares less about own employees with no COL raises or even salary increases except for the favorites. Ignorant owners to the reality of the company is frustrating. BULLIES in leadership creates a hostile environment. Snakes at leadership level that cover for each other--even HR is pro leadership and anti-employees.
