Press Ganey is an absolutely wonderful company, committed to improving healthcare by focusing on safety, quality, workforce, and patient-centered care experiences. Every employee I have interacted with over the years has been top-notch. From the department managers to senior leaders to the executive team, the leadership at PG is aligned with the mission of the organization and exemplifies the values PG strives to achieve. The culture at PG is one of professionalism, positivity, accountability and support.

Cons

Because many of us work remotely, we do have to make a concerted effort to connect as a team virtually to maintain the supportive team atmosphere. However, in addition to virtual connections, PG provides multiple opportunities to gather in person on team retreats, departmental retreats, and at our National Client Conference.
