Pros

Press Ganey is a flourishing company, which makes it appealing for the salary, benefits, bonuses, etc. However, each year, the employees become less and less important than the bottom line. Having unlimited sick time is great, but the work you miss is waiting for you when you get back, often times with no support to get back on track.

Cons

The leadership is so far out of touch with the employees it's unreal. No bonuses and supposed cuts in severance during COVID while leaders were noted in the news media buying beach homes is degrading and disheartening. There's no one who serves as a positive role model in a leadership position.

We appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry to see someone with your tenure leave the organization. Our senior management team has an open-door policy and encourages employees to reach out directly to discuss any questions or concerns they have. We are particularly focused on the health and wellbeing of our employees and have been mindful of the impact of the pandemic and macro environment on our people. To that end, several months ago we announced new benefits including additional parental leave and unlimited time off—all aimed to encourage employees to take time for themselves and their families. In addition, our HR department routinely monitors the competitiveness of our benefits package and makes updates to ensure we are a leading employer. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Good and hardworking people. Decent benefits.

Cons

Low pay. Offshoring. Insane deadlines. The majority of tech are offshored. If they could they probably would have offshored 100% of positions, but due to the nature of the work, some US-based workers are required. So you end up working with people you don’t connect with and have nothing in common. Meanwhile, the work keeps piling up and we keep getting crazy deadlines, but they won’t hire anymore people, so you end up being overwhelmed with crazy deadlines all the time, while not being able to socially connect with your coworkers. It feels like nobody cares about you, there’s zero incentives to do a good job, none. The company has gone downhill after covid. I was/am depressed and suffering mentally for the past couple years. This job has made me not wanting to work in tech anymore.

Pros

Great team and cross-functional teamwork.

Cons

Management! Talk about nepotism...a bunch of rich a'holes that hire family members for top jobs then overhaul the organization with multiple layoffs to make up for poor financial decisions, then find themselves short staffed to get any work done and overburden those that are left with the mess they made. Human experience??? Try practicing that with your hardworking employees.
