Pros
Working with your individual teams and direct managers. The mission of the company is easy to buy into.
Cons
No training, no mentorship, very few opportunities for advancement or growth, technology and products are outdated and fail quite often, etc. Senior leaders no longer appear to appreciate their workforce despite the company line. Yes, there were layoffs in January, but even before then many colleagues chose to leave the organization due to the constant poor decisions made by Senior Leadership, and many more have left since the layoffs. The organization is in danger of not being able to meet the needs of their employees or clients if things continue to progress how that have been.
