Pros

- Well-known brand with deep relationships across healthcare systems - Exposure to senior client stakeholders and complex engagements - Smart, capable colleagues

Cons

Cons: - In my experience, success can be influenced as much by internal alignment and leadership interpretation as by measurable outcomes - Expectations for senior roles are not always consistently defined or applied across teams - Feedback can be situational, which may make it difficult to clearly understand how performance is evaluated over time - Operating environment may feel more reactive than developmental, particularly in high-visibility roles

Pros

Remote work allows for flexibility. If you're lucky enough to have good managers, that's huge Pro.

Cons

Owned byprivate equity firms so their profit is #1 priority. 1. Negative morale on Tech and client facing roles. Overworked with little support. 2. Too many layoffs creating more work for remaining employees with no title change or pay increase. 3. Product has a lot of missing functionality and no plans for addressing, very painful for current clients and puts those on front lines in uncomfortable position. 4. Constant hiring or compensation freezes, below average pay, expensive medical benefits.
