      Pros

      Press Ganey is a great organization with a wonderful mission. The senior leadership team is approachable and very engaged. I like and respect my colleagues and think Press Ganey employs competent and experienced professionals. I also feel that my compensation and benefits are good.

      Cons

      One thing that adds stress is constant changes in the organization especially in Senior leadership which are accompanied by changes in reporting structure, strategy and direction. The changes are not minor and result in major shifts in methodology, job requirements and responsibilities.

      Pros

      - A corner on their market. - Flexible hours, - Yearly Employee Bonuses. - Great HR support for employees. - Great Benefits - Employees care about each other. - Plenty of work to do. - Meaningful work.

      Cons

      - Aging data infrastructure. - Incredibly siloed departments. - Arbitrary management choices & deadlines - Corporate dog and pony show meetings that repeatedly rebrand existing initiatives. - Work is frequently thrown away - Work is frequently trapped in bureaucratic limbo, being both funded and not funded. - Employees don't have enough training, leading to crazy-quilt solutions that are not evaluated for the level of risk they present. - "Your desk is frequently on fire", (frequent choatic show-stopper emergencies that prevent the real work from getting done.) - Leadership very disconnected from employees. - Employee reviews follow a strange, abstract template that has very little meaning to all involved.

      Pros

      Great people, very intelligent. Care deeply about customers. Employees are trying to do what is right for customers.

      Cons

      VERY, VERY, TOP HEAVy with regard to overpaid executives. Lots of layers between top and the "worker bees". Expectation to work weekends and even while on vacation. COO is proud of the fact that he, nor the CEO, have ever been away from their phones or email for even a day. Management team has taken their eye off the ball and other companies are getting a leg up.
