Lots of autonomy to complete work . Working from home allows for a great work life balance! I love working with a team that is located all over the country and beyond!

I joined as part of an acquisition. Yet to experience a “pro.”

Cons

Been here for months and still not integrated from a tech standpoint or culturally. I have yet to have more than 5 minute conversation with department head who claims to have done full audit to assess skills and interests of team. Never happened. Never been on such a dysfunctional “team”. Total leadership disrespect.

work life balance is possible with some effort

Cons

understaffed, no formal training program (or if there is one it is only a required document for HR that is not used for new hires), ancient IT the Company doesn't understand since the ones who created it have all left, serious communications problems between departments, constant changes in Senior Management
