Pros

Very limited pros recently, but I do love my teammates and manager.

Cons

I do not have the energy or time to explain all the cons honestly. Here’s a quick list: -being required to go into the office 3 days a week when we were told we would be a virtual company who “meets” -no 401K match -PATHETIC bonus -2% raise once a year -Zero career path -Senior leadership who does NOT listen to our engagement surveys telling them how much things need to change -quite firing people by making unrealistic expectations -piling on the work with no extra help or no extra pay -no trainer to explain to us what Forsta even is… but we are required to know it to “move up” while completing our already overfilled plates of work -no guidance for our managers from upper management

Pros

- Flexible time off, which by the way just saves them on payouts when people leave.

Cons

Forsta was in the process of improving their benefits packages, yet immediately after being acquired by this company they: - Paused 401k contributions indefinitely. - For 2023 added a spousal surcharge of ~$2000 per year so my wife can have the same health insurance. And required me to submit our marriage certificate _and_ copy of last years taxes to prove we are married. - For 2024 is completely *removing* the ability for my wife to keep her insurance, just because her company offers a terrible option. - Have made townhalls completely useless for employees, they are just sales pitches for execs now. - Stopped the push for getting employees to competitive salaries. - Halted hiring for crucial positions we need filled.

Pros

Most South Bend associates are kind Coffee machine has cool options View of prison

Cons

• Heartless lay offs of dedicated employees. (Cannot stress this enough: one employee was fired after burying his two daughters, a set of brother were fired, and well-respected managers were given the ax due to “consolidation of roles” even though their jobs were later posted.) • Former work/life flexibility has hardened into rigid rules • Promises made by senior management to employees are broken all the time. You honestly cannot trust what they tell you they will do or where your job is headed. They will blow a trumpet about something like WFH for 3 years and then tell you it’s now a requirement to be in office 3 days a week for no reason. • They do not understand what a small town South Bend is compared to Boston or Chicago… almost everyone in our building was brought there by a friend. Sr. Management have made so many people so upset that I don’t know who they think they’ll be able to hire here going forward. They turned a PG cheerleader like myself into a red flag waver. • Many of the recent, glowing reviews on this page were posted at the behest of upper management. Do not assume all is well from them.
