Pros

Press Ganey has a great reputation in the industry and is considered the foremost thought leaders in the areas of Human Experience, including Safety, Patient and Staff Experience, Quality, and Clinical/Nursing improvement. The colleagues are the best and brightest in the industry.

Cons

The fast pace of change in the healthcare industry, and PG's desire to be on the leading edge of improvement, requires team members that are adaptable to such rapid change. Many aren't prepared for the pace of such change thus must adapt quickly. For many its the pace of such change that makes it a great place to be, but for sure not for the faint of heart.

Pros

I have been working at Press Ganey for 6 years, and have experienced a lot of organizational and industry change. Press Ganey is a fusion of many acquired companies, and it stays true to its mission of making a difference. Working at Press Ganey has been a rewarding experience for several reasons. Our work truly matters and has a positive impact on patients and healthcare professionals delivering care. We have the privilege of impacting nearly every healthcare organization in the US. I am continually impressed by the team of talented individuals who are not only visionary but also possess the skills to execute on that vision. The collective industry knowledge and talent make this a great environment to learn and grow. PG is committed to diversity & inclusion internally, but also by making diversity & inclusion a priority with our clients and DEI insights on patient and employee experience. The PG culture here is one of collaboration, with everyone always willing to lend a hand and solve problems. The dedication of the employees, coupled with the company's commitment to making a positive impact, make it an exciting place to work.

Cons

While there are numerous positives, it's important to address areas where the company can improve. Transparency and communication could be enhanced, especially during this period of significant change. The ongoing organizational shifts sometimes leave employees feeling uncertain. However, it's worth noting that leadership encourages employees to step up, take on new roles, assume additional responsibilities, or participate in strategic projects. The key is to actively seek out opportunities and chart your own course. Those who focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems tend to succeed.
