This company focuses on their sales team and allows them to mistreat and disrespect other departments within the organization, the AM roles carries so many functions and is responsible for knowing everything but if a client is unhappy the first person they look at is the AM even the things are out of their control or things they have made aware to higher management...they will have to spend the next month defending their jobs and proving they did their job.

Some of the management team lacks good management skills. Systems are complicated and always changing so it takes a long time to really understand the job completely. The largest product (patient surveys) is based on 30 year old research and they won’t change anything. They have spent so many years defending the mediocrity that they have convinced themselves that it is quality research. Fact is, pretty much every client gets the same score when using their questions and they go out of their way to prove their research is good. It isn’t. Spend way too much time and money on company meetings. Some employees have lives and don’t need to travel across the country to spend days with their teammates on a regular basis. There is little diversity in the company. And management believes that everyone’s idea of fun is to travel someplace, hang out with their team at an open bar.
