Pros

Press Ganey Forsta is great at providing clients with the best products and support they could ask for. Every department steps up to challenges with little to no hesitation and always surpasses the odds. You could not ask to be part of a better team

Cons

Over the last 5 years or so, PG does not seem to have invested back into its people as much. We obviously paused some things due to Covid and have since resumed the Community Day as of 2022. But other than words, profile badges, and a clap on the back, there isn't much recognition. We are losing entry level staff due to low hourly wages in an economy facing inflation. If you take care of and value your people, they will take care of your clients.

Truly fortunate to work with such a great group of people. In a fast growing company, I still feel like I'm a part of a strong community that genuinely cares about the success of their coworkers. Press Ganey is a mission driven organization and I feel proud to work for a company that strives to improve the totality of the human experience.

Cons

As a global company working across multiple time zones, connecting with colleagues overseas can sometimes be challenging.
