* Some of the best, most qualified people I have ever worked with * Performance based, merit based culture. Little bureaucracy. if you're good, you can rise * Important mission. Our healthcare system is broken. The price-gougers are winning. Fun to disrupt those on the wrong side and to really have patients, doctors and employers interest at heart. * Massive opportunity if the company continues to be successful in bending the cost curve while maintaining high quality.

Cons

* Difficult and complex work. * Fast pace * Young company, so hiccups occur. Working here requires the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges.

Pros

Privia's exponential growth over the last 1+ years has been a challenge for the organization operationally but Im energized on where we are and that we're coming out on the other side. Having an opportunity to participate in last weeks strategic offsite was eye opening and seeing things like Privia University start to take shape, the huge advancements in population health and engagement with our care teams as well as some of the culture work is having a real effect on the organization.
