      Considering the current market scenario better to stay here. Chance to explore knowledge on cloud and M365 products.

      Less salary with more work.

      bad experience due to politics

      really don't see any pros.

      Cons

      you end up working 10 hrs a day managing multiple client projects. they hired 15 people in last 8 months, and fired almost 12. company changed name 3rd time. no one knows what is going on. only 2 sr engineers play game all day, new hires complete the pending tasks for months n months and as soon they complete both guys play game to fire them..
