      I started my Career as a fresher at ProArch in 2008, within two years I became very strong in the technology.Later due to personal reasons I moved to another company where I used to miss Proarch each day interns of work, transparency and learning curve.So I  was back to Proarch and it welcomed me without any interview. I miss those days where we used to do Research and  POC's on AI, Data analytics and Machine learning early in 2015's apart from our regular work. Every week early hours, Leads meeting including CEO on latest trends and technologies.The learning curve at Proarch is excellent. I never used to feel that I am working at Proarch rather it's my family. I used to enjoy each day in my career. Sathosh Kaveti (CEO) supports the employees in every aspect. The best things about Proarch : Transparency Learning new technologies Work culture No Micromanagement Good Cultural activitie

      Excellent company with Advanced technologies and projects

      Previously I had been working in one of the biggest MNC in Bangalore India, when I first got opportunity in ProArch, Initially I was little incertitude but when i joined the company my thoughts got changed it is very employee friendly and take care of employees very well. • The projects have latest technologies and very challenging. • Employees get time to learn and work on latest technologies. • Especially the higher management in UK are very good and take care of their employees very well.

      Every organization will have few cons but not that bad.
