Exposure to leading EDR, SIEM, and cloud tools like Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, and Azure Security solutions. Flexible work environment with approachable leadership.

      Cons

      Limited scope for rapid salary growth. Some internal processes can be streamlined for faster incident handling and approvals.

      It is good to hear feedback from our long-term ProArchians as well as our new ones, and delighted that you have a great team and manager. We appreciate, due to the location of the majority of our clients, that hours include evening work but we hope that the midday starts and ability to work from home (for the majority of our India-based team) balances this out.
