Thank you for appreciating the work/ life balance we aim for our employees to experience, and which can be maintained alongside the opportunity to learn and expand skills, knowledge and experience. We note the comment on salary and will take this into consideration when reviewing our delivery model resource costs. We are aware of the importance of work-life balance and are actively working to manage workloads to prevent the need for consistent overtime.
