Pros

There are zero Pros about this job/company

Cons

Procare therapy is no place any person should work, and I am here to tell you why. This company couldn’t care less about you, your goals, your health or your wellbeing, all they care about is money.  I would like to start off with the “perks” aspect of this job. At Procare there are 5 mile stones you hit, and each one comes with perks, Ex: work from home days, leave early Fridays, etc. BUT you are not guaranteed to keep those. They are always creating new rules and stipulations to do everything in their power to take them away from you, even though you EARNED them. You may have made the company $250,000 but you don’t land another contract in a week, say goodbye to your perks that you worked so hard to get.  Next, I would like to discuss the health and safety aspect of this company because it will probably blow your mind like it did mine. We are all aware COVID 19 is much different than it was 4 years ago, but it is still a very severe illness that should be taken seriously. You want to know how this Procare office handles it? They make you come to work with symptoms and a fever, or you MUST take PTO. With the TINY amount of PTO, we are given no one wants to waste that when they are sick so instead the company allows them to come to the office with a positive covid test and symptoms, surround themselves with 140 other individual and not inform anyone that they have it. They do not care that they are affecting every person in the office as well as their loved ones by allowing this. When asking managers about it and expressing your discomfort they tell you, you can take PTO but take your laptop with you. Insinuating that you work while on PTO. There is absolutely zero consideration for the health of ProCare employees and frankly it’s disgusting.  Now they don’t care about our health. Well, the same thing goes for our safety. When every other business in the Jacksonville area shut down for Hurricane Helene, guess who stayed open? You guessed it. Procare. When making our 100 cold calls a day we were told to be considerate of the people we are calling since they may be in the midst a hurricane meanwhile, WE WERE in the midst of a hurricane but had to come to the office to make calls and job post. If this does not show where our management priorities lie, I don’t know what will. To make matters worse the entire job can be done remotely and our work is easily trackable so they know we are doing it, yet they still force us to come to the office in dangerous weather. What’s next? Favoritism? The lack of support? The snakes that you work with? The inconsideration for being a human and not just a number?  I guess we can talk about it all. It is INSANE how much one recruiter is favored over another, and they make it very clear who those people are. You are out of luck if you are not one of them and it’s only a matter of time before you are disposable, and they find someone new to take your place. You are a number, that’s it. Someone who can bring them business and make them money and if you don’t have immediate success, they let you go and replace you while keeping what business you brought in, so they never lose. It's truly sad how ProCare treats its recruiters, they should want to build you up and help you but instead they just treat you like disposable trash and its disappointing to say the least.   The management is garbage. (With the exception of a few individuals in the office who do care and support you, but they are needles in a haystack compared to the majority being money hungry, poorly trained individuals in management positions.) For reference this office is 98% 20 something year olds (me included). The people who are managers got there based on tenure and NOT their skills at managing other individuals. They may be a great recruiter but NOT in a place to guide and support new recruiters. They do not give you any sort of support when you are falling behind, or do not meet the goals they want you to. They give the same crap advice over and over again, either because they do not care, or they truly just have no idea how to manage people. It is truly sad how the managers and upper leaders here pick and choose who they want to support, it’s slimy and cruel and NO business should be run this way.  The way you get your leads can be done morally but nobody in this place cares about their colleagues and the “protection” they have over a potential candidate. It’s all about crossing lines and stepping on your coworkers toes to undermine them and get a quick deal. And guess who gets the attention and favoritism?? The snakes who continually do this stuff. It’s disgusting. I have overheard my OWN manager telling someone to go against the rules to better themselves. Why have rules if you are going to tell us to not follow them?? Truly this place is just rotten to the core, the people, the culture, the business, everything.  I could keep going on and on but if you have read to this point thank you. I want to spread awareness on how this company is run and how its people are treated. I had a job I did not love but did not hate and I thought when I heard from Procare I was getting myself a job that had the potential for me to love it and enjoy it. I was very wrong and I hope this helps people who think about starting a career here to decide other wise and save themselves from what 90% of ProCare employees go through. It's sad, disappointing, disgusting and frankly just awful how this company is run.   Before I go there's a few more things I would like to add. If you speak to a recruiter from ProCare who has hit the high up milestones and is bringing in 6 figures in commission they are normally blinded by the money (who wouldn't be when they are 25 making 150,000, I get it lol??) and do not have a clear view, now with that being said even some recruiters who were making the big bucks STILL left because no money was worth the awful culture and mental exhaustion this place causes you, and that should say something. The moral of this is, Procare does not care or treat its workers like any company should and if you take anything from this just save yourself from being sucked in to this place.   I would like to mention one more thing. Not only is the culture poor, some of the people you work with are straight up bullies. Now, you can work with mean girls/boys at any company but this one is filled with them. Making group chats to talk bad about others, making fun of people for their weight and how they dress. I truly feel like I am in high school again here surrounded by bullies and that is no way people in their 20's should be acting.   Finally I am here to end this with a list to summarize why no one should ever consider working for Procare:  1 They wave accomplishments in your face, just to take them away   2 Your Health and Safety is NOT a priority to them and frankly they do NOT care about it what so ever.   3 You are a NUMBER. Always reminded how replaceable and disposable you are.   4 Poor/Unsupportive Management and Leaders   5 Coworkers are bullies and snakes   6 HEAVY Favoritism  7 No ethics, moral, or sense of care that we are HUMANS   So, thank you for reading and maybe Procare will learn from this and make a change but until there is some acknowledgement and accountably for how they treat people stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place.   Procare therapy is a terrible place to work, do yourself a favor and NEVER come work here.

Pros

Some people there are super supportive and helpful when you first get started.

Cons

They will micromanage you heavily, and they do not take criticism or feedback while as a leadership.

Pros

Pay is ok if you can manage to beat out the many other companies doing the same thing and the ridiculous # of employees they hire which you must also compete with.

Cons

Originally was ok. Now they over hire, under train and take away the perks promised to you on interview for sales achievements whenever humanly possible and for whatever reason they deem appropriate (usually it’s just greed).
