Good work perks. Generally it is a pretty relaxed environment. Will accommodate special needs.

Cons

Below average pay. Better off leaving the company and coming back as opposed to trying to move up while employed.

Pros

It must be the sunshine! Everyone at Progressive is a happy employee! Lots of perks to work at Progressive. They are really good to their employees looking to move up in the company.

Cons

Hours aren't the best but schedules are pretty flexible. Its a bit of a drive if you dont live in the immediate area but the views are gorgeous.
