Pros

Absolutely great culture, a real change of pace in the marketplace and the industry. The level of collaboration and community is not only positive but enjoyable. The firm is focused on delivering great client results and committed to keeping those relationships over the long term. Great work / life balance and benefits.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that it's a small but growing firm, which is kind of a pro but it does mean a high degree of change as the firm continues to expand.

Pros

The work is engaging and challenging and the management really makes an effort to get to know you, place you where it makes the most sense and then support you while you're there. Not to get too gushy about it but one of my colleagues called it a "dream job" and I have to agree. So far, it's exceeded my expectations The people at the company are a great group - really bright and cool. There's always someone with some experience that you can run something by and the inclusive atmosphere is strong.

Cons

It's growing quickly so new people are being added all the time and it's hard to connect with the newer people. Also, it's easy to get sucked into the client atmosphere and not connect with the home office as much as you'd like.

Pros

Great benefits Great people — my colleagues are all wonderful, fun people to be around. Employees here are a very unique combination of nice, outgoing, and intelligent, which makes them a blast to spend time with. Great culture — the principals have done an excellent job of curating a group of people and forwarding initiatives that contribute to a culture of intellectual curiosity, work-life balance, professional development, and fun.

Cons

None yet! Management does a great job of meeting employee needs and answering concerns.
