Pros

Big company, big company perks - like offices all over, good locations, etc. when it puts on parties for the masses, they go all out

Cons

Over acquired and screwed over a lot of people's careers. Competitive and dog-eat-dog culture, they consult but they violate all the best practices in running a company, bureaucratic nightmare, don't believe them about a career path. You cannot retire there without compromising your health first. They could care less about people. If you are not the right "fit" (meaning you kiss major behind), you are out. Nobody cares, you are a number. Watch out for PwC lifers - they might be the worst. They have sold their souls to the PwC devil. Health insurance is terrible.

Pros

I like working here, my complaint is their health insurance plans is extremely subpar. I'm still at a disbelief that a company of this size and stature doesn't believe in providing even average HC options to their employees. You're a PEOPLE company, help keep them healthy for goodness sake without putting them on their butt financially.

Cons

Health care options are the worst I've had compared to other big 4 firms and 2 medium/large sized industry companies I've worked at.

Pros

Global firm with diverse opportunities

Cons

Leadership will probably look back on 2017 as the year when they focused too much on penny pinching and forgot why clients hire us- our talented people. If you don't retain your best people the consulting model (and your economic model!) falls apart. Many terrific people see the mess in front of them and are already halfway out the door.
