Cons
Only people higher can give people lower reviews and FeedBacks; people at lower level do not have a chance to give feedback of people at a higher level than them. What kind of company is this ?! Is this some sort of slavery company that doesn't care about people work for them??? I have got so many reviews that is not fair to me at all. One manager even said because I got this feedback from director and partner so I'm going to give you this feedback as well. Excuse me?!!! Instead of looking for his own fault , he is blaming me about everything. The best performer at PwC culture is that you do EVERYTHING for your senior, your manager , your director and your partner ! That's how you get a good review . There is no such thing as helping you learn and develop. You have to be PERFECT ! Since you were born!!! If you need help on anything, nobody has the time to help you since everyone is super busy all the time ! You need to figure out everything by yourself or call PwCHelp!
